Mind Over Major

Supporting students and Caregivers Through the Journey to College

Facilitated by Dr. Keniesha Johnson, DSW, LCSW

Mind Over Major is a workshop series that equips seniors and their caregivers with the tools, insight, and confidence needed to navigate the transition from high school to college mentally, emotionally, and practically.

Transitioning to college is an exciting milestone, but also brings new academic, social, and emotional challenges. Many students and families are unprepared for the mental health adjustments that accompany this life change.

Mind Over Major bridges that gap with evidence based education, open conversation, and strategies for well being during this critical season.
